The clinic is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. It is closed Sundays and statutory holidays. Registration may close earlier than 1:30 PM on busy days — arriving by 12:30 PM is recommended to avoid missing the cutoff.
Yes. The clinic provides PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), DoxyPEP (doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis), and STI assessment and treatment. No appointment is needed. Bring your valid OHIP card.

Yes, for conditions diagnosed during your current visit by the walk-in doctor. Retroactive sick notes for conditions not diagnosed during your visit are not provided.

If your family doctor is part of the Orleans Family Health Clinic (OFHC), you must book with OFHC — through an emergency slot, the on-call doctor, or their after-hours clinic.
