
Centrum Pharmacy Walk-In Clinic Policy
The following policies are in place to ensure safe, fair, and efficient care for all patients. By visiting the clinic, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Patients are seen on a walk-in basis only. No appointments are required or accepted. All visits are subject to physician availability and clinic capacity.
Physician availability may vary from day to day. Arrival at the clinic does not guarantee that you will be seen. In some cases, registration may close early if capacity is reached.
The clinic provides care for non-emergency medical concerns. We do not provide emergency services. Patients requiring urgent or life-threatening care should call 911 or attend the nearest emergency department.
Wait times vary based on patient volume, case complexity, and staffing. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and make every effort to see patients as efficiently as possible.

Prescriptions are issued at the physician’s discretion and only when medically appropriate. The clinic does not prescribe narcotics, controlled substances, or medications outside accepted medical guidelines.
Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other patients will not be tolerated. The clinic reserves the right to refuse service in such cases.
if your family doctor is part of the Orleans Family Health Clinic (OFHC), then you must book directly with OFHC first at one of your doctor emergency slots or with the on-call doctor at OFHC. Only if those are full will you be accepted at the walk-in clinic. OFHC’s after hours clinic is open from 5 pm to 8 pm Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays 9 AM – 3 PM.
